Week 20: ➡️➡️BACK TO THE CHOSEN LAND!!⬅️⬅️🚐

...there is something that could push you away from your purpose, it could be something that you may see daily, something that you probably, that you do not realize, that could be distraction, " ...you going too deep into it, you getting lost, don't know what to do..." Distraction is bad, especially when you have a purpose that you need to follow. 

**           **          **          **           **           **

"You have been called by God to preach/ teach his word to the people… He trusted you and you better not fail " 

What's good everyone? I have something to say if you don't mind. 

This week is kind of crazy-cool. Here are some things that we did:

• Devotional/ TRANSFERS 

Devotional was very awesome. I just love when the President speaks, he is just an incredible and knowledgeable man. We talk about Luke (New Testament, Bible) and about Simeon and how cool he was. Then the second half we had TRANSFERS and it was cool how a lot of missionaries got moved, So am I. I AM GOING BACK TO THE DAUGAVPILS — THE CHOSEN LAND but am very sad to leave Rīga

• Caroling after Devo (question mark) 

Oh Frick yeah, we will go carol in the Old Town. It was so cool when all Rīga missionaries Latvians/ Russians sang the songs to lovely people, and it was one of the best carolings we had done for the past couple weeks. Thank you dear Rīga missionaries. Es Tevi mīlu

• Soup kitchen 

As the last week we had a soup kitchen going. It's very fun, I love it a lot. Serving others in general feels so good. There us one verse that I would like you share with you. It's in Book of Mormon,  Mosiah 2: 17 wich says: And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.

Rest of it kind of wack, but we still doing awesome, this just ones that I loved it for this week.

I'm getting a new companion Elder Watson, such a great man love him. Sorry Elder Gonzalez our round got separated

Week 19: Christmas without snow(question mark)🤔😑

 Heeey! My beloved friends and family Yeah, it's me. Your favorite Elder it's Week 19 everyone if you don't know) Okay let's start:

     It happened in Rīga, Latvija on 13th of December, last Monday. Week just started. We having a good Pday hang out with other missionaries, playing games eating food basically like normal Monday's in the Baltic mission. After couple hours later happened something that was very sad. Our dear sister died  she was serving so good and now are in Oregon. We miss you Eliza Carlson. Sooner the game night started we had a good time, it was very great. 

    Days past and it's time to Zone Conference, when everyone coming to Rīga, when you having other missionaries in your apartment, cool! We played games and watch movie! I loved the message that president had, so spiritual and great. Then we went caroling and it is so fun, we met so many people and they all so great. 

    Then next day was just a regular day that normal missionaries have. We had a cool district council when we mark the verses in the Book of Mormon for other people. Pretty cool. 

    Sooo, past all of it on Sunday ( wich is yesterday) we went caroling again and we gave out 8 Copies of Book of Mormon!!! And it was so great. People love our caroling!

(Week 18) Huh? Is that how many weeks already? 🤔🙃

 When is the Spring already? Привіт всім! 

   The days is Latvia just very crazy( good crazy). 

   I remember, back in Colorado, we talk as a family about the goals and honesty, I didn't like that. I thought it's stupid. Didn't do it. After I left on my mission, till now I setting goals for "How can I grow closer to the Christ?" How can I be a better person? And that is why we need our goals. And I want to share a little bit about this goals with you:

    • Social goal - I have been improving  on this goal and finding new people/friends 

    • Physical goal - Trying stay in shape and playing sports on Pdays

    • Intellectual goal - Stadying scriptures and Gospel topics and books 

    And one of the most important it's Spiritual goal trying stay closer to Jesus Christ. And grow all the characters that Christ has 

    Please set up the goals and try to follow them and achieve them. 

     Lord knows you and all your thoughts, feelings in impressions He will you as you will pray and would want to be closer to Him. It help me, and change me and my life. I invite you to do that and I promise you Lord will help you.

When it's cold and snow and you forgot to put your winter coat on🥶❄🧊 WEEEEK 17!!!

 So a little bit about my week. Even tho it's cold and snowing but we had chance to go out and do a little bit of finding. When we did a little exchange with Imanta Elders, me and Elder Anderson went to the Park for hope to find someone...and... we did!! There is one guy who played with the snow His name is Andis. Very awesome guy. He is from Latvia and works as the Mechanical Translator I think.He spoke amazing English probably even better than mine. So we talk to him about his interests and life. We introduce a Book of Mormon and tell a little bit about this book. He liked it and say that he would like to have a English copy. So yeah. And theeen our friend Dima finally came to Rīga!!!! We had lunch! And we gave him a Book of Mormon!! And we met with less active member so in general week is not bad!

The Lord keep blessing me with knowledge and and the power.
